Global Wave of Light 2025 - Wed 15th October from 6:45-7:30pm, Petone Foreshore (the Eastbourne side of the Petone Settlers Museum)
Baby Loss Awareness Week finishes each year on October 15 with the global 'Wave of Light'.
Wherever you do this, you will be joining a global 'Wave of Light' in memory of all the babies who lit up our lives for such a short time.
We are meeting on the Petone foreshore from 6.45pm for a 7pm candle lighting.
You are welcome to bring your own candle, and something to keep the candle sheltered is also very useful in the Wellington wind.
You are also welcome to bring photos of your babies and children you are remembering.

Wave of Light
Nau mai, haere mai - we gather at the Petone foreshore every 15th October to light candles, listen to music and read beautiful words of love in memory of our babies and children.
