We are often asked about counselling and to provide the name of a counsellor in Wellington or the Hutt Valley. Historically we did not recommend any one particular counsellor as for every comment that was positive about someone, we seemed to receive a comment that was not so positive.
If you are considering seeing a counsellor, please download the document below as this may help you as you consider what you want to get out of the counselling experience. The three page document was written by Hilary Smith, a Wellington counsellor, and Sands Wellington-Hutt Valley. We hope you find it helpful.
