Complaints
If you would like to talk to someone or make a complaint, there are a number of ways to address this. Firstly, you are invited to outline your concerns in an email to Sands Wellington-Hutt Valley on [email protected]. If you'd rather talk to someone on the phone or in person, please email us or message us through Facebook and we'll make contact to organise this.
If you would rather not do that, you are invited to contact our national organisation, Sands NZ.
The process is outlined in the attached Sands NZ document. The Sands NZ Privacy Officer and Liaison Officer are listed on the Sands NZ website www.sands.org.nz. (Because people move on and these positions change, we haven't listed those names here). Alternatively, you are invited to email our Chairperson on [email protected].
